Nineteen women from Safe Horizon’s Parrish House domestic shelter met thirty women from Martha Stewart’s “Dreamers into Doers” group in New York City on January 19 for an unforgettable luncheon.

During the luncheon, held at the magazine office of Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia LLC, numerous Dreamers into Doer members shared their inspirational stories and their talents.  The common theme was overcoming challenges to turn tragedy into success and to never lose faith or hope.
